OUR CLINIC WILL BE CLOSED FOR TREATMENT on Fridays 
Beginning January 2008, Dr. Gupta will be seeing patients until 4pm, however, our hygienist (for dental cleanings) will continue with our previous hours of 7am-3pm.

*emergency patients and new patients are always welcome; however, they will only be accommodated with an appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with 2 business-days notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and as such, your notice will give another person the possibility to have access to timely dental care. 
Patients will be billed for late cancellations and/or no-shows, so we ask that you only schedule definitive appointments.

We do have an emergency number available on our voicemail message to be used after-hours.

* payment is due at the time services are rendered. 
We will provide detailed financial estimates, and provide assistance with your insurance questions, however please be aware that we are in no way affiliated with your personal insurance policy or provider.  

Various forms of payment are accepted, including 
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac 
and Medicard (patient financing - www.medicard.com)


* after your initial visit, we can arrange to accept your insurance payments directly,  meaning you just pay the difference of what may not be covered by your dental insurance policy.  This will depend on your particular insurance policy, and again, the "patient's portion" will be due at the time services are rendered.
